Shipping policy
All orders will be carefully picked, inspected, packed, and shipped as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days for this process. We are a small business – currently only a 2-person operation that runs this lagoon around our 9-to-5 jobs.
We offer domestic shipping options which all include tracking but please note that delivery times may vary depending on your chosen carrier’s schedule once orders have shipped. If you are selecting overnight or 2-day shipping, please keep the order processing lead time in mind.
If you have an urgent request, you can reach out to us, and we can try and give you a better idea of shipping time. Once orders ship you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check transit progress.
Currently we do not offer international shipping, however this may change in the future. If we are traveling, order processing lead times may change. If this is the case, we will post an update clearly in our store and on our socials.
